 At this time, 12pm the day before is our cut off time in accepting new events, this includes boxed lunches.Our bakery items need to be ordered 2 days in advance before 1pm. If we are unable to fulfill the request, we will work on getting you the best solution possible.

Guidelines

2024 Policy Change, Effective February 1st:

Onsite catering: We have worked hard over the past several years to enhance our food offerings and ensure we can subsidize lunch for our employees. We are seeing a lot of waste in food with onsite catering for internal-only meetings. We are limiting catering through the café to meetings with 50+ attendees only. For smaller meetings, attendees will need to purchase lunch at the café directly. Note that this does not affect customer or supplier meetings.

Weekend Service

Any events for the weekend will require labor cost to be added to the event. Labor cost includes (3) 8 hour shifts for Catering Attendant, Chef and Dishwasher. If any additional attendants are required labor costs will be added to the event ticket as well. Labor cost is $30/ hr per individual.

Cancellations

Catering orders cancelled 3 business days or less before the event date will be charged 50% of total of event. Catering orders cancelled within 24 hours of the event will be charged 100% of total of event.
